Cancellations

We have a cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your Grazing order up to 48 hours after your booking date – unless your order is placed within 48 hours of delivery.

To start a cancellation, you need contact us at info@grazemanchester.co.uk. If your cancellation is accepted, we’ll send you a refund by your original payment method. Cancellations can only be accepted if received by email – social media messages are not acceptable,

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be cancelled, e.g. a special requested order outside our standard offerings. we will advise on booking what the cancellation policy on these orders are.
