Products created to meet specific dietary requirements are made with the relevant ingredients. Whilst every care is taken to minimise cross-contamination we cannot rule this out as our kitchen handles all of the 14 main allergens
Storage Information
We advise all boxes and platters to be stored in a cool place - your allergy label state if we advise keeping your item in the fridge. Food which has been displayed for less than two hours can be put back in the fridge and kept at 8°C or below and used within 24 hours. If it has been out for more than two hours it must be thrown away.
Serving Size
This lighter buffet serves 10 or 15 this includes an average of 3 portions of sandwich and a packet of crisps. 1 sandwich piece is equal to half a sandwich with the crust removed.
